About the Role

Assistara Global Service Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our US PPC Process in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US-based PPC sales, particularly in Printer Sales, Antivirus Sales, Technical Support Sales, or related IT products/services.

The candidate will be responsible for handling PPC-generated leads from US customers, understanding their technical requirements, recommending appropriate products/services, and converting qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle US PPC-generated leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Interact with US customers through calls and understand their requirements.
- Sell technical products/services, particularly printers, antivirus, cybersecurity, and related IT solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and technical specifications to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable technical solution.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Provide basic technical guidance related to printers, antivirus software, computer security, and associated products/services.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Follow company sales scripts, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Work effectively in a target-driven and quick-paced US sales environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in US PPC Sales / International Sales.
- Mandatory experience in one or more of the following:
- Printer Sales
- Antivirus Sales
- Cybersecurity Sales
- Technical Support Sales
- IT Product/Software Sales




- Experience handling US customers is mandatory.
- Strong experience in converting PPC-generated leads into sales.
- Excellent spoken English with strong pronunciation and communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Basic understanding of technical products and IT solutions.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Ability to work in US shifts/night shifts.
