Advanced MIS Executive – NBFC / Fintech

We are looking for an experienced Advanced MIS Executive to manage business reporting, data analysis, and management dashboards across disbursements, collections, and portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Advanced Excel and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets from multiple systems, and capable of automating recurring reports and dashboards. Candidates with experience in NBFC, fintech, lending, financial services, or similar data-driven environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track and report loan disbursements, collections, portfolio performance, and other business KPIs.
- Extract, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external/vendor systems.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to reduce manual reporting effort.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends, gaps, exceptions, and performance issues.
- Create management-level dashboards and reports for business reviews.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of MIS to management and business partners.
- Work closely with operations, collections, finance, credit, and other teams for reporting requirements.
- Handle large datasets using Advanced Excel and SQL.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements from management.




- Improve existing MIS processes through automation and better data controls.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, data validation, charts, and data analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for extracting and analyzing data.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting, data reconciliation, and dashboard preparation.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI or another BI/reporting tool will be an advantage.

Experience

- 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in NBFC, fintech, lending, banking, financial services, collections, or loan operations will be preferred.
- Candidates with solid MIS and data analytics experience from other industries may also apply if they have excellent Excel and SQL skills.

We are looking for someone who is not limited to preparing routine Excel reports, but can understand business data, automate reporting, build dashboards, identify insights, and independently manage the MIS function.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
