We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers to join our Loan Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting clients throughout the loan application process. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain various loan products.

* Generate and qualify leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other financial products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

* Assist customers with loan application procedures and documentation requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer service.

* Address customer queries regarding loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.

* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.





- Required Skills

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.

* Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

* Basic knowledge of loan products and banking processes.

* Good listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

* Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Qualifications

* Finance Background is must.

* Graduate and Post Graduate candidates are preferred.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
