Client Relations Executive (Education)

We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to join our education team. This is a fixed-salary, non-sales role focused on maintaining client relationships and supporting smooth communication with students, parents, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Communicate with students, parents, and clients professionally
- Handle client queries and provide timely support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
- Support day-to-day client-related activities

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills
- Professional and friendly approach




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own laptop is required
- Prior experience in client relations/customer support/education is an advantage

Work Arrangement:

- 2 days per week at our office in Kotappadi, Malappuram
- Remaining days: Work from home
- Fixed salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000/month
- No sales targets
- No field work
