Job Summary

We are urgently looking for experienced Auditors with mandatory NBFC experience to conduct Gold Audits and Accounts Audits across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of NBFC operations, gold loan processes, branch accounting, compliance requirements, and internal audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct periodic Gold Audits across NBFC branches.
- Verify gold loan documentation, pledged gold, weight, purity, valuation, packets, and related records.
- Conduct Accounts Audits, including verification of cash, vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation, expenses, receipts, and branch transactions.
- Review branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify operational, financial, compliance, and documentation discrepancies.
- Verify loan files, KYC documents, customer records, and transaction documentation.
- Check cash management, petty cash, branch expenses, and financial controls.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and corrective actions.
- Follow up with branches for closure of audit observations.
- Report serious discrepancies, fraud indicators,



or policy violations to management immediately.
- Travel extensively across assigned branches and states as per the audit schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant audit experience in an NBFC is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in both Gold Audit and Accounts Audit.
- Strong understanding of gold loan operations and branch-level NBFC processes.
- Knowledge of internal controls, reconciliation, KYC, documentation, and compliance.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Ability to prepare transparent and accurate audit reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience auditing multiple NBFC branches.
- Ability to independently handle branch audits.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify financial or operational irregularities.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Travel Requirement: High – Ready to travel across various states in India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
