Department: Procurement, Purchase & Stores
Experience: Fresher – 1.5 Years
Education: Diploma / Graduation / Post-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹15,000 (CTC) – ₹20,000 (CTC) per month

Job Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day Purchase and Stores activities.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries.

· Collect and compare quotations and prepare comparison statements.

· Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery.

· Develop knowledge of SS, CS, MS, flanges, pipes, fittings, and other engineering materials.

· Assist in vendor evaluation, cost comparison, and negotiation.

· Coordinate with Production, Projects, Design, Accounts, and Stores for material requirements.

· Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials.

· Maintain stock records, material receipts, issue records, POs, and vendor documents.





· Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely material availability.

· Follow up regarding material quality, dispatch, delivery, and shortages.

· Support physical stock verification and inventory management.

Skills Required

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and engineering materials.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Valuable organizational and analytical skills.

· Willingness to learn Purchase, Procurement & Stores operations.

· Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
