We are a new preschool in Chandanagar, Hyderabad, looking for caring, enthusiastic and responsible Super Ma'am to join our team.

The Super Ma'am will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom environment while supporting the learning, development and day-to-day needs of young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage assigned preschool classroom
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
- Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children's emotional, social, cognitive and physical development.
- Manage day-to-day classroom routines and activities.
- Work closely with the classroom caregiver/ayah and other teachers.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined well organized classroom through positive and age-appropriate methods.
- Work closely with Nannies to ensure children are appropriately supervised and cared for.
- Communicate professionally and appropriately with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Follow and implement the preschool's curriculum, processes and child-safety standards.
- Engage children through stories, music, art, activities, movement and other learning experiences




- Observe children's participation and development and maintain appropriate records.
- Follow all preschool safety, hygiene and child-protection procedures.
- Participate in training and follow Centre's operating procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality and a positive attitude at all times.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience working in daycare, preschool, kindergarten or early childhood education preferred.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCE / B.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.
- Valuable spoken English and communication skills.
- Warm, patient and genuinely comfortable working with young children.
- Energetic and willing to actively participate in classroom activities.
- Good classroom-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn and follow established processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other classroom staff

Preschool / daycare experience will be given preference.
