Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Collection Executive to collect, verify, organize, and maintain accurate information from various sources. The candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect data from online and offline sources as per project requirements.
- Conduct calls, surveys, and follow-ups to gather required information.
- Verify and validate collected data for accuracy.
- Enter and maintain information in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or internal systems.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and update records.
- Maintain proper documentation and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data collection.
- Follow defined data collection processes and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make calls and communicate professionally.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
