US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruiting databases.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and assess technical qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Negotiate rates, manage candidate submissions, and assist with offer coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
- Stay updated on US IT technologies, job market trends, and recruiting practices.

Requirements

- Experience in US IT recruiting / technical recruiting preferred.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.




- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysis, etc.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, or other sourcing platforms.
- Solid communication and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet submission/hiring targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- 2+ year of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Experience working with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories such as H-1B, GC, EAD, USC, etc.
- Experience with VMS/MSP requirements is a plus.
