Key Responsibilities: Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial projects such as offices, retail stores, restaurants, and corporate facilities. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements. Prepare detailed working drawings and specifications for site execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance. Review shop drawings and material samples. Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and client standards. Manage project schedules and assist in cost control. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software. Strong knowledge of commercial interior materials and construction methods. Excellent space planning and visualization skills. Valuable communication and client-handling abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
