A store sales executive is the main contact point for shoppers. This person helps customers find what they need, answers questions about pricing or offers, and handles billing or stock. The goal is to create a excellent shopping experience and increase store revenue

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet walk-in buyers, listen to their needs, and suggest the right products.
- Sales Targets: Reach or beat daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Learn item features, prices, and active discounts to explain them clearly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep product displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Operations Support: Help with billing, handle returns, and manage inventory at the counter.

Job Requirements & Skills

- Education: High school pass (12th grade) or above is preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of work in retail, counter sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Clear speaking skills and a friendly, polite attitude.
- Soft Skills: Active listening,
