Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Resource (CRR) to support the sales team, coordinate with existing clients, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with the service/technical team for after-sales support and customer complaints.
- Follow up with clients regarding service requests, orders, and other requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and communication details.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business from existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support the sales team in customer retention and business development activities.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to identify business opportunities from existing customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
