Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Cataloging skilled to create, enhance, and maintain SKUs across our Rx, OTC, and FMCG catalog, ensuring accurate salt composition, drug form, pricing, and stock data while continuously auditing catalog health.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and expand SKUs across Rx, OTC, and FMCG to widen catalog coverage of medicines available in the Indian market.
- Track and resolve PDP issues to increase Add-to-Cart availability across SKUs.
- Manage stock and 1:1 vendor/C&F; mapping in coordination with supply, warehouse, and brand teams.
- Run regular MDM sanity checks (weekly to yearly), standardizing and de-duplicating salt composition data and correcting drug form errors.




- Map substitute medicines by salt composition and drug form.
- Manage MRP, pricing, and discount data for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain product images and write SEO-friendly content to improve catalog quality and discoverability.

What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail, comfortable with large datasets (Excel/Google Sheets essential).
- Basic pharma terminology knowledge, salt composition, drug forms, Rx vs. OTC, chronic vs. acute.
- Analytical mindset with experience or aptitude for data audits and cross-functional coordination.
- Basic SEO content writing skills; familiarity with e-commerce catalog/PIM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm) or Life Sciences background preferred, not mandatory.
- Experience: Senior Associate – 1–2 years / Associate – 0–1 years.
