Social Media Marketing Intern – Majestea Marketing

About Majestea Marketing Majestea Marketing is a creative-first digital marketing agency helping D2C brands, founders, and personal brands grow on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond. We live for scroll-stopping Reels, sharp copy, and content that actually converts, not content that just fills a calendar.

About the Role We're hiring Social Media Marketing Interns to work directly on live client accounts across industries like D2C, hospitality, healthcare, and lifestyle. If you already screenshot ads for "reference", save Reels in folders by aesthetic, and can spot a bad hook in 2 seconds, this one's for you.

What you'll actually do

- Plan and build monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Ideate and script Reels, carousels, and story series aligned with each brand's voice
- Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and CTAs (copywriting-heavy role)
- Do hashtag research, trend analysis, and competitor tracking
- Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools
- Handle community management — DMs, comments, engagement pods, collabs
- Pull weekly insights and analytics reports and turn them into next-week action
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and photographers on shoot days
- Contribute to brand strategy,



positioning, and campaign brainstorms

You'll be a excellent fit if you

- Live on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or Threads (not just scroll — actually study them)
- Can write clean, punchy English (Hindi/Hinglish is a bonus for D2C brands)
- Know your way around Canva, and basic CapCut / InShot / Adobe Express
- Understand what makes a Reel "work" beyond just trending audio
- Are organized enough to run 3-4 brands in parallel without dropping context
- Have opinions on brands, ads, and campaigns and can back them with reasoning
- Bonus: exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Notion, or ChatGPT for content workflows
