Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and workplace configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components. Daily activities include continuous testing across security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites, alongside developing and implementing automation strategies. The position also involves creating automated scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews.



Monitoring and reporting defects are key tasks to support ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes for the application.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize testing processes and enhance automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to build technical expertise and promote best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance testing scenarios using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of continuous testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts to support testing activities.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to facilitate effective test execution.
- Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and collaborating with development teams for resolution.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
