Job Description – E-commerce Product Listing Executive Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage product uploads, catalog accuracy, and online merchandising across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product data, ensuring accurate listings, and optimizing content to drive sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
- Upload product information including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across all channels.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and better search visibility.
- Coordinate with photography/design teams to upload high-quality product images.
- Monitor product listings for errors, stock availability, and price accuracy.
- Regularly update promotions, discounts, and offers on products.
- Analyze competitor listings and market trends to suggest improvements.
- Generate and maintain reports related to product performance and inventory.




- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and sales growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing/catalog management.
- Familiarity with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for bulk uploads and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Key Competencies

Office Timing – 10:00 to 8:00 pm

Salary: 18-50k

Total Exp – 3 to 8yrs

Week off –Between Monday to Thursday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
