About the role

KPCIRC is looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our growing field sales team. You will be championing our advanced genomic testing platform, OnKommon. The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned Delhi NCR territory, building strong relationships with specialist doctors, driving the adoption of our diagnostic panels, and managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly conduct field visits to meet and build professional relationships with doctors, pathologists, and medical staff.
- Promote and detail OnKommon genomic testing panels with clear, professional scientific communication.
- Manage the complete sales process from the initial doctor consultation to securing the test order.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless sample collection and timely delivery of test reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual test generation and sales targets.
- Develop new hospitals, clinics, and business opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure effective doctor call frequency.
- Track daily sales activities, client interactions, and territory progress accurately using HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with the core team to achieve urgent territory objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, or Life Sciences (Mandatory).
- 1–4 years of proven B2B field sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Prior experience or an existing network in oncology sales within Delhi NCR is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss scientific concepts confidently with medical professionals.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel across the city.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Good discipline in reporting, field execution, and CRM management
