About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups and admissions for our professional training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online leads.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, admission process and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and training teams for student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, workshops and promotional activities.




- Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.

- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and sales ability.
- Basic computer and Excel/CRM knowledge.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on admission conversions and achievement of assigned targets.

Education

12th Pass / Graduate
Candidates with experience in counselling, education sales, telecalling or admissions will be preferred.
