Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of Collection Executives/Team Leaders.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and collection efficiency.
- Track portfolio performance across different DPD/buckets.
- Monitor collection rate, PTP, PTP conversion, bounce, roll-back, and delinquency.
- Identify low-performing team members and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and collection strategy discussions.
- Monitor PTP adherence, broken PTP, and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving complex cases.
- Ensure proper allocation and follow-up of collection accounts.
- Monitor tele-calling collection activities, depending on the business requirement.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Risk, Credit, and Customer Support.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS and collection performance reports.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve team productivity.




- Analyse collection data and identify areas for improving recovery and reducing delinquency.
- Assist the Collection Manager in implementing strategies to improve overall portfolio performance.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
