*Purpose*

Drive new-customer acquisition and portfolio growth for banking products (CASA, loans, cards, insurance, investments) while deepening existing relationships and maintaining risk/compliance standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

- * Prospect & onboard:* Source *HNI, SME, salaried & self-employed* leads via referrals, field visits, partnerships, and digital campaigns; pitch *liability & asset* products, complete eKYC, and activate accounts.

- * Pipeline & targets:* Manage end-to-end sales funnel in CRM; hit monthly *NTB, book-size, fee-income & cross-sell* goals; forecast and report weekly.

- * Relationship banking:* Do post-sales servicing, conduct portfolio reviews, and farm existing clients
