Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for aproactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, promote shipping and logistics services, and convert enquiries into business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their shipping requirements.
- Promote and explain the company’s shipping and logistics services.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with relevant teams for pricing.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and follow-up objectives.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.




- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales.
- Shipping/logistics experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
