Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to manage the student admission process, engage with prospective parents, and support the school in achieving its admission targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels.
- Understand the educational requirements and expectations of parents and provide appropriate information about the school.
- Explain the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, fee structure, activities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct counselling sessions for parents and students and address their queries professionally.
- Arrange and coordinate campus visits and school tours for prospective families.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions in the CRM/admission system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for assessments, interviews,



documentation, and other admission formalities.
- Maintain a strong and qualified relationship with parents throughout the admission process.
- Participate in admission campaigns, school events, exhibitions, education fairs, and outreach activities.
- Support the school in achieving monthly and annual admission targets.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status.
- Identify prospective student sources and contribute ideas to improve student enrolment.
- Ensure a high level of parent experience and service quality throughout the admission journey.
- Handle parent concerns and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, education counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE, Cambridge and IB will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
