Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end code for web applications using contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services, ensuring seamless data flow and performance.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Review code, establish development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices within the team.
- Drive the adoption of front-end tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve efficiency and code quality.
- Oversee the implementation of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, implementing improvements where applicable.
- Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.

Requirements and skills :

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing hands-on expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.




- Deep knowledge of at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) and familiarity with others.
- Strong experience in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead development teams.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and an eye for detail in design implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred.
