We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate/Lawyer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, agreement drafting, NCLT-related matters, and general corporate/legal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and assist with NCLT matters and proceedings
- Draft, review, and modify various legal agreements and contracts
- Prepare legal notices, applications, petitions, replies, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, rules, and case laws
- Assist senior lawyers in legal matters and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders when required
- Maintain proper records of legal documents and case-related information
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation
- Handle other day-to-day legal and corporate assignments
Requirements
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university
- Knowledge of NCLT proceedings and corporate law preferred
- Good understanding of agreement drafting and legal documentation
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills
