1mCV is a new-age job opportunity platform that helps students and job seekers showcase themselves beyond a traditional CV. Candidates create a one-minute video profile that allows employers to see how they communicate, present themselves, and express themselves.

What you’ll do:

- Call students and job seekers and introduce them to 1mCV.
- Explain how the platform works and why a 1-minute video profile can improve their job prospects.
- Encourage candidates to create their 1mCV profile.
- Follow up with interested candidates and help them through the onboarding process.
- Maintain basic records of calls, responses, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve daily/weekly outreach targets.

What we’re looking for:

- Good communication and conversational skills.




- Confidence while speaking on calls.
- Ability to explain an idea clearly and handle basic objections.
- Persuasive but professional approach.
- Hindi + English communication preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
