Job Responsibilities

A. Clinical Session Delivery

Conduct evaluations from the first session through to successive sessions

Create child reviews documentation capturing strengths and weaknesses; maintain review documentation.

Capture each session documentation along with progressive chart.

Conduct regular sessions and set mid-reviews as scheduled

Provide structured feedback to the Branch Manager (once every 7 days) and the consultant (once every 15 days)

Escalate complex queries to the Branch manager

2 Revise protocols as needed based on client feedback, under the guidance of Branch Manager .

Maintain consistent quality across all regular therapy sessions

B. Protocol Design

Conduct regular thorough evaluation of developmental, academic, behavioural and high function issues.

Document reviews covering strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes of each child

Create 2-month protocols with the Branch manager guidance, fragmented into monthly, weekly and daily plans.

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly clinical protocol documentation

Contribute to school-based and home-based protocols

Ensure documented therapy requirements are consistently met in session delivery

C. Reporting Support

Clinical Therapist will provide inputs to branch manager for evaluation for referral reports

Support protocol reports for school teachers and special reports for school queries





Assist with observations and fill psychometric assessments.

D. Outreach & Shared Services

Assist with school visits (once every two months, or as required), documenting observations and supporting report / protocol delivery

Assist in preparing, assessing and administering home-programme worksheets/ sensory diet protocols

Support the Branch manager /consultant in preparing content for parent seminars and workshops

Participate in Group Therapy, bringing creativity and variation to sessions

Build familiarity with Online therapy tools used across inhouse/outstation or follow-up families.

E. Knowledge Upgradation & Discussions (Weightage: 10%) (Hhigh impact )

Collect study and research material for the centre

Participate actively in regular case and topic presentations

Maintain discipline and quality during discussions

Use free session time for structured knowledge-building

Track progress toward SI / NDT or other RCI-recognised certifications

F. Other Activities & Events

Support branch-level events, awareness drives and community initiatives as assigned

* The responsibilities will be reviewed time and again for Performance Management
