Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Asst.Manager - R&D;(CHEF) for our Further Processing plant (chicken). You will be constructing menus/recipe with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of products.

Responsibilities

· Application of domain knowledge (formulation/technology transfer/ innovation) to convert ideas into final product as per the requirements thus resulting in the launch of new products in both current and current categories.

· Optimize and scale up manufacturing operations for new products to support the growth of organization.

· Experience in Recipe Identification and to Maintain and record recipes.

· Responsible for the timely and right execution of product development activities including formulation development, supporting pilot & plant trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D; documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.)

· Involvement in new product development of value added products of chicken (sausage, salami, tikka, kebab,



pizza toppings, burger patty’s, nuggets etc).

· Comply with FSSAI regulations and other food safety standards

· Able to produce and sensory evaluate the further processed products

· Knowledge in inventory management –products and kitchen equipments

· Ability to Match/Develop/Replicate samples from Customers

Requirement

· BVSc/B.Tech-Food Technology/BSc/Culinary science

· Proven experience in value added products with 7- 8 years of experience

· Work experience as a Asst.Manager/Head Chef – Meat Industry – Sausage/Nuggets preparation etc

· Exceptional proven ability of kitchen/processing management and product development

· Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
