Location: Hyderabad / Remote
Employment: Full-time / Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in contract staffing and contract hiring
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for contract positions
- Experience working on IT contract requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure quick closures
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with clients / BDMs to understand requirements
- Meet recruitment TAT and closure targets
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
