Job Title: US Debt Settlement – Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-driven professional to handle lead generation and customer engagement for the US Debt Settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls.
- Handle US customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Build customer interest and schedule/convert qualified leads.
- Handle objections and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in US Sales, Lead Generation, Debt Settlement, Debt Relief, or Financial Services.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong convincing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
