Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale the company's outbound telesales and call center operations in India.

The position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a large sales organization, improving conversion and productivity, establishing effective sales processes, and building a high-performance sales culture.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in outbound telesales, call center sales operations, sales team leadership, KPI management, performance improvement, coaching, and sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall outbound telesales and call center sales operations to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, SOPs, and operational policies to improve sales performance.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for teams and individual sales executives.
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales conversion, revenue, average order value, productivity, call volumes, agent performance, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective sales scripts, campaigns, offers, and promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to improve conversion rates, sales productivity, customer experience, and overall revenue.
- Lead regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, training programs, and capability-building initiatives.
- Identify high performers and underperformers and implement appropriate performance improvement plans.




- Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, ownership, customer engagement, and achievement of targets.
- Work closely with HR and management teams on recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Handle critical customer escalations and complex sales or operational issues.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to senior management.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop business growth strategies and scale the India sales operation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, reporting, and sales effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline under the 10+2+3 education system.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in outbound telesales, call center sales, direct sales, or related sales operations.
- Minimum 6 years of leadership experience managing large sales teams, preferably 50+ members.
- Strong experience managing outbound sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Proven experience in sales operations, KPI management, performance management, coaching, and team development.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of telesales processes, sales funnels, conversion management, and customer engagement.
- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, BPO, Direct Selling, Consumer Products, Beauty & Wellness, Telecom, Insurance, or similar high-volume sales environments will be an advantage.
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or startup-like environments is preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, target-oriented, and execution-focused leadership style.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per month
