Job-Plant Manager

Experience In HVAC - 8 to 10 years

A Plant Manager in HVAC oversees daily plant operations, ensures efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, manages staff, and maintains compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role blends technical expertise with leadership to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Supervise plant activities, production schedules, and HVAC system performance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs for chillers, boilers, air handling units, and cooling towers.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including EPA refrigerant handling rules.




- Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor technicians, provide training, and oversee contractors.
- Energy Efficiency: Develop strategies to reduce utility consumption and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Project Management: Handle HVAC projects from design to commissioning and closeout.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
