About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Products to lead and strengthen our product portfolio across Domestic and International destinations. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge across both long-haul and short-haul markets, along with excellent communication, product development, marketing, and business development skills.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and improving travel products that are commercially viable, competitive, and aligned with market demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, planning, and management of Domestic and International travel products.
- Build and maintain a solid portfolio covering Short-Haul and Long-Haul destinations.
- Identify new destinations, products, experiences, and travel trends with strong commercial potential.
- Develop competitive itineraries, packages, pricing structures, and product offerings.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, suppliers, and other travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and services.
- Regularly review existing products and improve them based on market demand, customer feedback, sales performance, and competition.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure successful product launches and sales.
- Support the sales team with product training, destination knowledge, presentations, and sales tools.
- Develop product strategies to increase revenue, margins, and overall business growth.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify pricing, product gaps, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with international and domestic suppliers and negotiate commercially beneficial contracts.
- Participate in travel trade shows, B2B events, destination workshops, roadshows, and supplier meetings.
- Create and support marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
- Track product performance and prepare regular MIS, sales, profitability, and market reports for management.
- Lead and mentor the product team and ensure timely execution of product-related activities.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Product Management / Product Development within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of Domestic and International destinations.
- Good understanding of both Short-Haul and Long-Haul international markets.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, experiences, and itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to analyse pricing, margins, and product profitability.
- Good understanding of B2B travel and trade requirements.
- Strong market research and competitor-analysis skills.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and convert them into commercially successful products.
- Proficiency in preparing product presentations, reports, and business proposals.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a travel product specialist with strong destination knowledge and a commercial mindset. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the product lifecycle—from destination research and supplier negotiation to product creation, pricing, marketing, sales support, and performance analysis.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary: As per market standards, commensurate with experience and expertise.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Location: Noida
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
