Delivery Manager

Now, we're looking for a Delivery Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations, keep the team aligned, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operations Oversight – Manage day-to-day operations to ensure processes run smoothly and consistently.
- Task Follow-Up – Check in with team members regularly to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Cross-Team Coordination – Align priorities and deadlines across different teams and departments.
- Status Tracking – Maintain clear records of task assignments, deadlines, and delivery status.
- Issue Escalation – Identify bottlenecks early and flag roadblocks to management when needed.
- Reporting – Prepare regular status updates and summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
- Process Improvement – Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and boost team efficiency.

What We're Looking For





- 1+ year of experience in delivery management, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong follow-up skills and a knack for keeping tasks moving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without losing track of details.
- Comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets and project trackers (Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus).
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving instincts.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
