Position: Store Supervisor

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / ITI

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse/store operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and supervise material handling activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth inward, outward and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations

- Supervise Inward, Outward & Material Handling activities

- Ensure accurate stock and inventory control

- Monitor GRN, Picking, Packing & Dispatch processes

- Lead and allocate work to warehouse/store manpower

- Maintain FIFO and proper material storage

- Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts

- Ensure 5S, safety and housekeeping standards

- Coordinate with clients, transporters and internal teams

- Prepare daily MIS, stock and operational reports

- Handle system entries, WMS/ERP and Excel-based inventory updates

- Ensure SOP compliance and smooth warehouse operations

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma / Any Degree preferred

- 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse / Store / Logistics operations

- Good knowledge of Inventory Management, Inward/Outward, GRN, Picking & Dispatch

- Knowledge of WMS/SAP and MS Excel

- Positive manpower handling and team coordination skills

- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation





- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, 5S and warehouse safety
