Demould Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a growing food company in Delhi NCR. Together with Delhi Gifting Company, we serve corporate clients across the region with food hampers, corporate gifting, festive gift boxes, bulk food orders, etc.

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced corporate events manager to own the complete sales and delivery cycle for corporate events, gifting, festive hampers, and bulk food orders. You will prospect corporate clients, pitch event and gifting solutions, negotiate, close, and ensure flawless on-site delivery. This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role with direct access to the owner and no layers of management. If you have a strong network of corporate clients in Delhi NCR and can bring event business quickly, we want to talk to you.

Key responsibilities

- Own and grow corporate event business across both brands — corporate gifting, festive hampers, bulk food orders, and etc.
- Leverage your existing network of corporate clients (HR, admin, procurement, marketing teams) to bring in event and gifting business quickly, especially ahead of the festive season
- Prospect recent corporate clients through referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and networking
- Independently handle pricing, negotiation, and closing within agreed margins
- Coordinate end-to-end event execution with production, packaging, logistics, and delivery teams
- Manage peak-season volume during Diwali, Rakhi, corporate anniversaries, and events




- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Report directly to the owner on pipeline, targets, and market feedback

Who can apply

- 2+ years of proven experience in corporate events, event sales, or B2B sales in gifting, food and beverage, or hospitality
- A strong existing network of corporate clients in Delhi NCR is a big plus
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end corporate events — from pitching to on-site execution
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and event-day coordination
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
