Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychology Counsellor to provide emotional, psychological, and behavioral counselling support to students/clients. The candidate should be able to handle counselling sessions, assess mental well-being, and guide individuals toward positive personal and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.
- Identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and mental wellness support.
- Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with management, trainers, parents, or stakeholders when required.
- Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and mental health activities.
- Prepare counselling reports and documentation.




- Support students/employees in stress management and career-related concerns.

- Empathy and patience while handling individuals.
- Knowledge of counselling techniques and mental wellness practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology.
- Relevant counselling certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in counselling or mental health support preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
