We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visa Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their study-abroad goals, and guiding them through the visa and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and visa requirements.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, courses, and institutions.
- Handle student queries through calls, messages, and face-to-face counselling.
- Guide students through the admission and visa application process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with changes in visa policies, admission requirements, and immigration procedures.

Requirements





- Previous experience in visa counselling / study abroad counselling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations and visa processes.
- Ability to counsel and convert prospective students professionally.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.
