Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive initial go-to-market strategy working with founders and team
- Build strategy for user acquisition
- Identify and leverage social media platforms, tools and tactics
- Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters
- Execute positioning and storytelling to drive app sign-ups
- Target and acquire early users
- Analyze and work with numbers and analytics
- Execute strategy directly or coordinate with team

Ideal Candidate

- Solid Growth / Content Profile with proven zero-to-one organic-growth-engine building
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of experience building organic growth / content engines from scratch at a consumer-facing (B2C) company, with strong ownership, structured thinking, and excellent storytelling.
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have owned the full content-to-acquisition journey — reading user behaviour, shaping the narrative and storytelling, and building distribution systems that drive trust and convert audiences into customers (B2C sign-ups).
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience driving go-to-market strategy — positioning the platform, storytelling, and identifying/targeting the right users across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters) and other channels.
- Mandatory (Company): Must have worked in B2C product companies / startups building content or growth engines at meaningful consumer scale. (Consumer fintech, content-first startups, media businesses,



or high-growth content-led consumer startups are highly preferred.)
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be strong with numbers and analytics, able to build the strategy and execute it (directly or with support).
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have deep understanding of how modern content ecosystems work.
- Mandatory (Stability): Must have a stable career history, with consistent tenure across previous companies; frequent job-hopping will not be considered.
- Mandatory (Exclusion): Candidates currently working at Stable Money will not be considered.
- Mandatory (Note 1): This is an individual-contributor role — the person builds and executes directly (hands-on), working autonomously without a team to start.
- Mandatory (Note 2): Seed-funded WealthTech startup. Candidate must be comfortable in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Mandatory (Compensation Alignment): Candidate must be comfortable with the compensation structure where the company matches their current CTC and provides ESOPs, without any salary hike.
- Preferred (Domain): Fintech understanding is an added advantage, not mandatory — strong content-engine builders from adjacent consumer industries are welcome.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
