Qualification

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Valid Pharmacy Registration is mandatory

Experience

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Pharmacist
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, or retail pharmacy operations preferred
- Prior experience in handling pharmacy teams and pharmacy administration will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy support staff.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for stock ordering, replenishment, and return of medicines.
- Coordinate regular stock verification and stock checking activities.
- Monitor and coordinate expiry medicine checking, segregation, and timely return/disposal as per guidelines.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and healthcare products.
- Maintain billing records and pharmacy-related documentation.
- Provide guidance to patients regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dispensing procedures, and inventory management.
- Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Candidates from nearby locations will have an added advantage.
