Job Summary
we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Visa Counsellor to guide students through the overseas education and visa application process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counseling experience, and the ability to assist students with visa documentation and application procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and visa processes.
- Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and visa options.
- Assist students with visa documentation, application forms, and interview preparation.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission and visa process.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application updates.




- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely processing of applications.
- Achieve monthly counseling and visa conversion targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in visa counseling, overseas education, or student counseling is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of student visa procedures for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
