We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence, increase online visibility, generate quality leads and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

* Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

* Develop content strategies, calendars and campaigns for our wedding, events and artist businesses.

* Coordinate with creative/content teams for reels, posts, stories and videos.

* Track engagement, reach, audience growth and platform trends.

SEO & Website

* Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and website optimisation.

* Improve website rankings, organic traffic and lead generation.

* Manage website pages, landing pages, blogs, content uploads and basic updates.

* Monitor Google Search Console, website performance and SEO issues.

Paid Advertising

* Plan, execute and optimise **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**.

* Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives,



keywords and lead-generation campaigns.

* Analyse campaign performance, CPL, conversions and ROI.

* Explore new digital advertising and growth opportunities.

Digital Growth & Analytics

* Develop strategies to increase website traffic, social media reach, enquiries and qualified leads.

* Monitor Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.

* Conduct competitor and market research.

* Stay updated with SEO, social media, AI and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media and Performance Marketing.

* Strong practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

* Good understanding of website management, landing pages and basic HTML/CSS.

* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.

* Solid understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
