The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for manufacturing, repair, overhaul, and supply of equipments and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare commercial and technical cost estimates for equipment repair, manufacturing, and spare parts projects.
- Estimate costs for raw materials, forgings, castings, bearings, seals, O-rings, machined components, and other critical parts.
- Develop manufacturing and operation cost models covering machining, welding, fabrication, balancing, coating, painting, assembly, inspection, and testing activities.
- Estimate labor and manhours for shop, field, and engineering activities.
- Analyze worldwide logistics costs, including air, sea, and land freight.
- Build and maintain cost databases, supplier intelligence, and market benchmarks.
- Support sales and proposal teams with competitive pricing strategies and commercial recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.




- 5+ years of estimation experience in manufacturing, repair, or aftermarket services.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, bearings, seals, and associated manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of welding, fabrication, coatings, balancing, quality control, and supply chain cost structures.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
