Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
- Share customer feedback and lead status with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and qualified telephone manner.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.




- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hindi and Gujarati communication required; basic English will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
