We are looking for GTM Engineer who can combine AI, automation, data, and sales thinking to build scalable systems for lead generation and business growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role. The person will work on building and improving our complete outbound and GTM engine.

Responsibilities

· Build automated lead generation and prospecting systems
· Identify target companies and decision-makers based on our ICP
· Create data enrichment and lead qualification workflows
· Build AI-powered prospect research and personalised outreach
· Automate email, LinkedIn, CRM, and follow-up workflows
· Build workflows using n8n, APIs, webhooks, and AI tools
· Maintain clean and structured GTM data
· Run experiments across industries, offers, messaging, and channels
· Track reply rates, meetings booked, qualified leads, pipeline, and conversions
· Continuously identify manual sales activities that can be automated

Preferred Skills

· n8n, Make, or Zapier
· ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI APIs




· Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
· Instantly, Smartlead, or similar outreach tools
· CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
· APIs, webhooks, JSON
· Data scraping and enrichment
· B2B lead generation and outbound sales
