Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in business operations.
- Ability to analyze operational issues and recommend structured solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Positive Excel and reporting skills
An MBA in Management or Operations is preferred but not mandatory. Practical exposure and structured thinking are more key.
