Role: Event Creative Head – Kids Experiences & Celebrations

Role Objective

To continuously make Toy Joy Tales feel fresh, creative and exciting by developing current birthday themes, event concepts, décor ideas, activities, workshops and centre experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise new birthday themes and visual directions.
- Create moodboards, theme decks and event presentations.
- Develop unique ideas for:
- Birthday parties
- Festivals
- Weekend activities
- Workshops
- Play dates
- Plan a monthly activity calendar for the TJT centre.
- Research global trends in kids’ entertainment, celebrations, décor and experiences.
- Regularly introduce new DIYs, games, workshops and edutainment concepts.
- Develop birthday add-ons and premium experiences that can increase average billing.
- Maintain a library of:
- Themes
- References
- Props
- Activities
- Artists
- Vendors

Monthly Salary - 35k to 40k based on knowledge & experience. Days - Mon to Saturday (Sundays if there’s event)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
