Job Summary

Sapient Infra is undertaking government construction works for an NHM Training Centre of a Government Hospital in Palayam, Kozhikode. We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction works to supervise and coordinate site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil and construction activities.
- Coordinate residential and commercial building works, including foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering and concreting before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and government representatives.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, materials and equipment at the site.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and project requirements.
- Support the timely completion and handover of the project.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction works.
- Experience in government building projects, hospitals or institutional buildings will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, RCC works, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants and government officials.
- Positive communication, supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at Palayam, Kozhikode.
