Job Title: Telecaller
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Description:
*Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
*Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate information.
*Follow up with potential and existing customers.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and calls.
*Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
*Coordinate with the relevant team when required.
Required Skills:
*1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Valuable listening and convincing abilities.
*Basic computer knowledge.
*Ability to handle customers professionally.
*Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
