4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.

5. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

6. Follow-Up & Negotiation: Follow up with leads and clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.

7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software.





8. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

9. Client Support & Feedback: Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and gather feedback to improve services.

10. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
