We’re looking for a Finance Executive / Trainee to join our growing team in Delhi! This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry while gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, positive attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
- Verify and process invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Support the team in GST and TDS-related activities.
- Assist with preparation of basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with vendors and internal teams for accounts related queries.
- Perform other accounting activities as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
